Mission - We at WSH believe that it is our duty as citizens to pay tax. Our goal is to minimize that tax liability by recording the least amount of taxable income required by law and recorded all expenses allowed by law. We provide professional tax, accounting, and consulting services to the community, and strive to have our clients and the community feel that the financial statements we prepare are materially sound and correct.

About Us
Jerry is our semi-retired founder who works as needed from our offices in Edina or from his home in Florida. He specializes in all things tax and maintains an active EA license. He is our resident Trust and Estates expert. Jerry@WellsTax.com
Jonathan is the principal for the firm and in his 22nd year of tax work. He is our resident expert in multi-state or foreign income tax as well as larger multi-owner companies. He particularly enjoys real estate taxation as it is a personal passion outside of work. He is our QuickBooks Pro Advisor, carries a Series 7 license, and a local MN real estate license. Bently was born 3/3/2016 and raised in our office setting. Although lacking specific tax knowledge, he does provide an intangible skill that noone in the office can duplicate. He has mastered the art of making a tax environment more comfortable. No contact information is provided as he prefers to stay off-grid.
Dan is our Senior Tax Accountant. He is an enrolled agent who focuses on business and individual tax work. He enjoys the accounting work for business and getting into the trenches with business owners. His passions are the outdoors. He is an avid hunter in his free time. Dan.Weiss@WellsTax.com

Dave is our Junior tax accountant and practices as an Enrolled Agent. Our newest addition in 2019, he is beginning his tax career getting his degree out of Mankato State. As Jonathan's understudy, he handles individual tax returns and accounting work for businesses. He also provides tech support for the cloud servers we provide our clients. Stephanie is our office coordinator. She deals with all things related to administration. She manages the tax accountant calendars, invoicing, payment collections, and just about anything else that is needed.
